The Stepfather


Opinion 
This movie was alot better then I expected. It really draws you into the storyline. It is very similar to the film Disturbia with basically the exact same plot, ideas etc.  So if you loved Disturbia which I sure did, this movie is for you. If you watch this movie you will not be disappointed and by the end you'll be hoping for that bastard Stepfather to be caught just like me.

Storyline
Michael returns home from military school to find his mother happily in love and living with her new boyfriend. As the two men get to know each other, he becomes more and more suspicious of the man who is always there with a helpful hand. Can Michael stop his Stepfather before his own family becomes the next victims? Watch and find out!

    I liked the one from the late 80s-early 90s better, but this one was still pretty good. The funniest part was trying to pick out all the homages to the original that they threw in like the part with the attic with just insulation and no floor/walking on the joists.

If you dont want to sleep tonight, then this is for you Opinion No I did not mistype Paranormal Activity, Paranormal Entity is a real movie and even though it wasn't as popular as Paranormal Activity, it has all the same elements which made these types of movie's responsible for thousands of people's dry cleaning bills as they shit themselves while watching. How Dumb Can You Be?

OK, so with it being Halloween a couple days ago, I decided to watch a few horror movies. While watching, it got me thinking as too how stupid some of the main characters in horror movies really are. I mean some of the decisions they make in life and death situations are really just... dumb! There's no other way too put it. So, I thought i'd make a list of all the stupids moments in horror movies that just make me wanna facepalm. Enjoy. 1. Running away from 'bad guy', wow a creepy room with no other exit i'll go hide in there. 2. My friends are missing i'll go look inside that big wierd house, huh lights don't work i'll keep looking around. 3. Ok we have to find a way out of this death trap, lets split up (WTF). 4. Not finishing off the person they're trying to get away from, then dropping a weapon next to them. 5. Going back to save someone thats going to die anyway. 6. Devil

5 individuals stuck in an elevator.. 1 is the devil Opinion I thought this was an excellent movie which definitely kept me guessing til the end. No big twist at the end which will blow you away but it does keep you interested. A good movie to watch if your bored.  The overall storyline is rather simple and is typical of  M. Night Shyamalan .    Take a simple concept and stretch it, and stretch it and.... Trailer Spoiler Alert! Biggest disappointment of the movie is that once again the token black guy dies.
